RETURN POLICY

Our number one priority is to make our customers happy.

We hope you love your new purchase, but we understand that things come up. 

We will do our best to accommodate your return, however we take each request on a case by case basis.


Our current return policy is as follows...

- You must bring your receipt that shows the date of your purchase. 

- All items, including plants must be in the same condition and packaging as they were when purchased.

- A 3% restocking fee will be applied to all purchases made with a credit or debit card.

-Cash refunds = store credit ONLY

-No returns/refunds/exchanges accepted on in-store or on-site potted plants.

-No returns/refunds will be accepted on services such as installation, delivery, maintenance, consultations, etc. 

- For purchases made online, there will be a 10% restocking fee applied to your return.

 

SHIPPING

We offer shipping on a case by case basis.

Please contact us by phone at (210) 999-5717 before finalizing your order for shipping requests. 

We do offer in-store pickup and local delivery to San Antonio, TX residents, and the surrounding area. See any product page for more information regarding delivery.
